Climate Change Awareness Project - Pre-Production

 Pre-Production 

Script       

Print ad: I will create a print ad that will include an image of the world and/or the damage we are doing to the planet. It will have dark colours or be in black and white to give it a dark and serious feeling. It will have the Greenpeace logo and also a simple statement about climate change with a link to the Greenpeace website. 

TV ad: I will create a TV ad that will take a serious approach to climate change, it will show cause, effect and prevention of climate change (in that order). Doing this will show people what they can do to help and also open their eyes to the negative effects we have on the environment. I will show a series of images of both negative effects on the environment and what we can do to help, this will be accompanied by background music and a voiceover. 

TV ad voiceover script: We are harming our environment in many ways, from littering, to air and water pollution, oil spills and deforestation are destroying habitats, although w cant stop this we can still help, we transport, use alternate energy sources, and grow our own food and plants, do what you can to save or world.

Location 

This project will mostly be completed in both college and my home due to not having to do any on-location work and the studio and software available in college. (Print ad and TV ad)

 

Health and Safety 

Due to only working in college and my house there are very little safety hazards as they are both safe and secure locations. (Print ad and TV ad)

I will use dark colours or black and white images on both print advertisements so the advertisement comes across as serious. I made a both a portrait and landscape flat plan so it can be used on all devices and posters no matter the format.
